1. Welcome to BiteClub
Welcome to BiteClub — a fun, gamified way to help families explore new foods together. By creating an account or using BiteClub, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the platform. If you don't agree, please don't use BiteClub.
2. Business Status
Bite Club ("we", "us", or "our") is currently operating as a sole proprietorship.
We comply with all relevant legal requirements applicable to a sole proprietor, including financial and tax obligations. Should the business status change in the future, the terms and conditions will be updated accordingly.

3. Who Can Use BiteClub
BiteClub is designed for parents and families with children. Parents must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Children may use BiteClub only under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian. Parents are fully responsible for all actions taken under their account, including any kid profiles they create.
4. Your Account
To use BiteClub, you’ll need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your login details private
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
5. What You Can and Can't Do
You agree not to:
- Use BiteClub for illegal or harmful purposes
- Upload or share content that includes personal photos, private data, or offensive material
- Interfere with the platform’s functionality or security
- Attempt to copy, modify, or resell BiteClub’s software or content
You may use BiteClub only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. How BiteClub Works
Parents can create and manage kid profiles, log foods tried and reactions, and view progress, points, and achievements. Kids, under supervision, can explore foods, give feedback (“I like it,” “It’s ok,” “I don’t like it”), and earn points and rewards within the game. All experiences are designed to promote positive eating habits and family connection, not medical or dietary advice.
7. Health and Nutrition Disclaimer
BiteClub is not a medical or nutritional service. All information and suggestions in the app are for educational and entertainment purposes only. Always consult a qualified health professional before making major dietary changes or addressing medical conditions.
AI-Generated Nutritional Data: Some nutritional information in BiteClub is generated using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated data is approximate and may not reflect the exact nutritional content of specific foods, particularly for custom or user-added foods. Actual nutritional values may vary based on preparation methods, portion sizes, brands, and ingredients. We are not professional nutrition advisors, and the nutritional ratings provided should not be used as the sole basis for dietary decisions. Community-added foods are user-contributed and may not have been professionally verified.
8. Ownership and Content
All BiteClub materials — text, graphics, design, code, and game mechanics — are owned by BiteClub and protected by copyright laws. You retain ownership of any data you input, but you grant us permission to use it to operate and improve the platform.
9. Termination
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, your account is inactive for a long time, or we decide to discontinue the service. If terminated, your access to all kid data and progress will be removed from our systems as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
10. Subscriptions and Payment Plans
BiteClub offers both subscription-based and one-time payment plans.
10.1 Subscription Plans
Subscription plans are billed monthly and provide access to all premium features. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Free trials may be available for new subscribers.
10.2 Lifetime Plan
The Lifetime Plan is a one-time payment that provides lifetime access to BiteClub's premium features. The Lifetime Plan includes:
- 1 Parent Account
- 2 Children Profiles
- All current premium features (Food Tracking, Progress Reports, Rewards System)
- Lifetime access with no recurring fees
Important Terms for Lifetime Plan:
- The Lifetime Plan is a one-time, non-refundable payment (except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy).
- Lifetime access means access for the lifetime of the BiteClub service, not the lifetime of the individual purchaser.
- If BiteClub discontinues its service permanently, lifetime plan holders will be notified in advance, but no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of lifetime access.
- The Lifetime Plan is limited to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Future premium features may be added to the Lifetime Plan, but we reserve the right to offer certain advanced features as separate paid add-ons.
- The Lifetime Plan is subject to the same Terms of Service as subscription plans, including account termination policies.
11. Refund Policy

12. Third-Party Services
BiteClub uses trusted third-party services like Mixpanel and Microsoft Clarity for analytics. These tools help us understand how the platform is used and improve it. Your use of BiteClub means you also agree to their terms and policies, which you can find on their websites.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BiteClub and its team are not liable for any damages or data loss resulting from your use of the app, or any health outcomes or decisions based on information from the platform. BiteClub is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of BiteClub means you accept the new Terms.
