BiteClub Refund Policy

BiteClub offers both subscription-based services and a one-time lifetime payment plan. The following refund policy applies to each:
Free Trial
During the free trial period, you may cancel your subscription at any time without being charged. No refund is necessary as no payment has been processed.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to premium features until that time.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial subscription charge. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and may provide a full or partial refund at our discretion.
No Refunds After 30 Days
Refunds will not be provided for subscription charges made more than 30 days prior to the refund request, except as required by applicable law.
Lifetime Plan Refunds
The Lifetime Plan is a one-time payment that provides lifetime access to BiteClub's premium features. The following refund policy applies to Lifetime Plan purchases:
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your Lifetime Plan purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refund requests must be submitted via email to asaf@familybiteclub.com.
- No Refunds After 30 Days: After 30 days from the purchase date, Lifetime Plan purchases are non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
- Service Discontinuation: If BiteClub permanently discontinues its service, Lifetime Plan holders will be notified in advance, but no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of lifetime access.
- Account Violations: If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund of your Lifetime Plan purchase.
- Processing Time: Approved Lifetime Plan refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
